Compass Blueprint is a 15-week life skills journey designed for young adults in The Bahamas. It covers five essential areas of holistic development — Identity, Wellness, Family, Future, and Country — equipping participants with the practical tools, self-knowledge, and civic awareness they need to build a purposeful, productive life.
Over 15 weeks and 30 contact hours, you will identify your core values and personal standards, complete a Personal SWOT Analysis, understand your legal identity as a Bahamian citizen, build emotional and spiritual wellness habits, create a Family Emergency Plan, draft a professional resume, build a Career Roadmap, complete a personal monthly budget, write a Financial Wellness Plan, and craft a Personal Obituary as a legacy vision.
You will graduate with a completed Personal Blueprint — a living document that captures who you are, what you stand for, and where you are going.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR?
Young adults ages 18–25 in The Bahamas who are ready to invest in themselves — whether they are finishing school, entering the workforce, starting a family, or simply looking for a clear direction forward. No prior experience or qualifications required. Come as you are.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
* Identify your core values and write personal standards that reflect them in daily life
* Complete a Personal SWOT Analysis and build a strategy from your results
* Know your legal documents, NIB rights, and how to access government services
* Understand and manage your emotions using precise vocabulary and assertive communication
* Build personal spiritual and physical wellness habits
* Set healthy boundaries and navigate family expectations
* Understand insurance, estate planning, and what happens when life doesn't go as planned
* Draft a professional resume and build a Career Roadmap connected to your purpose
* Create a personal monthly budget and Financial Wellness Plan
* Know your Bahamian history, national symbols, and civic responsibilities
* Graduate with a completed Personal Blueprint and Compass Blueprint Life Skills Certificate
